Clyde Wayne Sherrod   1952 - 2022

Clyde Wayne Sherrod, of Bluffton, South Carolina passed away at his home in the early morning hours of Friday, December 16, 2022 at the age of 70. The most wonderful husband of 19 years to Patreva Sherrod. Loving and cherished father of Melissa(Keith) Skorski, Jessica Sherrod, Brittany Ward, Ryan(Taylor) Ward. Very proud grandfather to Cash, Noah, Madden, Nash, and Mackenzie. Adored brother to Grady(Janet) Sherrod, Gale Sherrod, Danny(Debbie) Sherrod, and Regina(Danny)Crabb. He was also an amazing Uncle to many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and sister, Dewese, Henry, and Deloris Sherrod. Clyde was truly his wife’s knight in shining armor, a hero, a fighter. He loved to sing and play guitar, his smile lit up any room, and filled everyone’s hearts with love and laughter. Clyde will forever be loved and missed by everyone who knew him. No funeral services will be held, and a celebration of life will be planned for a later time.
