Jean B. Pujol, Jr. passed away at home in Mandeville, LA on March 25, 2025 at the age of 73. Beloved father of Heather Pujol Tipton (Dean), grandfather of Koral Tipton (Quinton Turner), Lilly Tipton, Dakota Tipton, Aiden Tipton, and Logan James Dean Tipton who predeceased him, and great grandfather to Brielle Turner and Genesis Turner, step-father to David Newton, and Sarah Newton who predeceased him, beloved brother of Joseph Pujol, Jeanne Ahart (Trace), Jeffrey Pujol (Becky) and Janice Ogden (Phil), and John Joseph Pujol who predeceased him. He was also predeceased by his parents Jean B. Pujol, Sr. and Norma Pujol O'Hara. He was also adored by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Jean trained thoroughbred race horses his entire life and participated in Thoroughbred breeding and leaves behind many lifelong friends from racetracks all throughout the United States. Many thanks to the staff at Pontchartrain Health Care and Harmony Hospice for loving and caring for him and being an extension of his family. A mass will be held at a later date, and the arrangements will be posted on social media. |
