Richard A. Beaulieu, age 82, passed away at the Augusta Health Care Center following a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was predeceased by his parents Leo & Jeanette (Crepeau) Beaulieu, his loving wife Joyce M. Rowland, and his sister Joyce (Beaulieu) Dikeman. His education began in the Biddeford grade schools, but he graduated from Old Orchard Beach High School before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Virginia Tech's Cadet Program.
